App Privacy Policy

Plain-English answers about what our apps and games do with your data — and what they don’t.

Effective · January 2026

We don’t sell your data.

Not now, not ever.

Local-first by default.

Game progress stays on your device unless you sign in.

Ads, only if opted in.

Personalized ads need your explicit consent.

Delete anytime.

One email is enough — we remove it.

This policy applies to all mobile applications and games published by WBM Network (“we”, “our”, “us”) on the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, and other platforms — collectively, the “Apps.” The specific data each App handles is disclosed in its Google Play Data Safety form and Apple App Store Privacy Nutrition Label; this page covers the principles that apply across all of them.

01

What our Apps may collect

Different Apps need different data. In general, ours may handle:

  • Account info — only if the App offers sign-in. Display name, email, profile photo. From you, or from sign-in providers like Google and Apple.
  • App activity & game progress — levels, settings, achievements. Stored on your device, and synced to our servers only if the App offers cloud save and you sign in.
  • Device & diagnostic info — device model, OS version, language, country, anonymous install ID, crash logs, performance metrics. Used to keep the App running well.
  • Approximate location — derived from IP for regional content and analytics. We don’t collect precise (GPS) location unless an App explicitly asks and you say yes.
  • Purchases — IAP and subscription records, processed by Apple, Google, or other approved billing systems. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Camera, microphone, photos — only if an App asks for the permission for a specific feature, and only with your consent.
  • Push tokens — only to deliver notifications you opted into.
02

How we use it

  • To run and improve the App.
  • To save and sync your progress across your devices.
  • To process in-app purchases and validate receipts.
  • To diagnose crashes, squash bugs, and measure performance.
  • To understand aggregated usage so we can make better games and apps.
  • To prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse.
  • To message you about updates, support — and, only if you opt in, occasional product news.
03

Third-party services

Our Apps may use third-party SDKs and services for analytics, crash reporting, ads, attribution, push, and cloud infrastructure. The specific list for each App is in its Data Safety form. Typical providers include:

  • Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, push)
  • Google AdMob / Google Ads (advertising, where applicable)
  • Apple App Store / Google Play Billing (purchases)
  • Unity / Unreal services (engine analytics)
  • AppsFlyer or Adjust (install attribution, where applicable)

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We configure each SDK to collect only what is needed for the disclosed purpose.

04

Advertising

Some Apps show ads. Where personalized ads are shown, we ask for your consent first — via a consent prompt in the EU/UK, and via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency on iOS. You can opt out at any time in your device settings.

05

Children & families

Apps designated for children (under 13 in the U.S., or the equivalent age in your country) follow COPPA, the Google Play Families Policy, and Apple’s Kids Category rules. In those Apps we:

  • Don’t collect personal information from children.
  • Don’t show personalized ads.
  • Don’t use behavioral analytics beyond what the App needs to run.
  • Use only SDKs from the Google Play certified Families list.

Apps that are not directed at children are not intended for use by children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, write to us and we’ll delete it.

06

Data sharing

We don’t sell personal information. We share data only with the third-party processors above (limited to what’s needed for the service), with people you choose to share it with inside the App (e.g. a display name visible to opponents), and where required by law.

07

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country — including the United States, the European Union, and India. We rely on standard contractual safeguards where required.

08

Retention

Account and progress data are kept while your account is active. Diagnostic and analytics data are kept for up to 24 months in identifiable form, then aggregated or deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see below.

09

Security

We use HTTPS for data in transit, encryption at rest where our cloud providers support it, and least-privilege access controls. No system is bulletproof, but we work to protect your data and will notify you promptly if a breach affects you.

10

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR / UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, India DPDP, and others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these, email contact@wbm.net from the address tied to your account. We reply within 30 days.

11

Delete your account or data

Send an email to contact@wbm.net with the subject line “Delete my account” and the App name. We’ll confirm and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we’re legally required to keep certain records (e.g. transaction logs).

12

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in the App or on this page. The “Effective” date up top is the latest revision.
